STRUCTURES
The structures will be of reinforced concrete according to the drawings, the Cyprus concrete code design andthe Cyprus anti-earthquake design, rules and regulations.WALLSAll the walls will be constructed with high quality hollow clay blocks 10X20X30cm.

PLASTERING
Internal surfaces will be plastered and painted with three coats of emulsion paint. Externally,all the surfaces will be plastered and painted with three coats of Sandex paint.

CEILINGS
The ceilings will be of fair face concrete finish, covered with light texture plastic, except ofthe bathroom ceilings, which will be painted with three coats of emulsion paint.

FLOORS
All the living rooms, kitchens, corridors, bathrooms and verandahs floors will be covered with ceramic floortiles, at the value of CP 7/sq.m.All the bedroom floors will be covered with laminated flooring, at the value of CP 10/sq.m.The internal staircase will be covered with ceramic tiles, at the value of CP 7/sq.m.The parking area will be covered with concrete.

WALL COVERING
The bathrooms will be covered with ceramic tiles, at the value of CP 7/sq.m.The walls between the kitchen units will be covered with ceramic tiles at the value of CP 7/sq.m.

SANITARYWARE
All sanitaryware will be of European standard and make, in white colour.

DOORS AND WINDOWS
The main entrance door will be of first quality solid wood painted with two coats of wood preservative, onecoat of primer and one coat of oil paint.The internal doors will be MDF painted with plastic paint.All the verandahsÕ doors will be of colour aluminium, sliding, on metal frame.The windows will be of aluminium, sliding, on metal frame.

KITCHEN BENCHES AND CUPBOARDS
Laminated Italian made cupboards. The worktop will be made of granite at the value of CP 40/sq.m. withstainless steel sink.

CUPBOARDS
The doors will be MDF painted with plastic paint.  Internal partitions will be of melamine finish.

VANITY UNITS
The partitions will be of melamine finish and the doors of MDF plastic painted.  The work-top will be laminatedready-made.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONThe installation will be done according to the drawings and E.A.C approval. There will be provision for A/Csplit unit installation in the bedrooms and living rooms.

PLUMBING
The installation will be done according to the drawings and the approval of the Waterboard Authority. Copperand PVC pipes will be used for hot and cold water supply.

DRAINAGE
The installation will be done according to the drawings. The pipes and fittings will be of PVC.

COMMON SWIMMING POOLS AND GARDENS
Two communal swimming pools in landscaped grounds will be constructed according to the drawings.
